Damaged or Defective Items

Send a clear photo of the issue to admin@primalforce.vip.

If approved, we’ll ship you a replacement at no cost.

Note:

  • Cosmetic packaging damage (e.g., a dented box) does not qualify as a damaged product.

  • We do not replace or refund items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or customer handling errors.


Shipping & Delivery

We use trusted carriers, but once the package is handed off, delays or issues caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors are out of our control.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they enter the carrier network.

If a problem occurs, contacting the shipping carrier directly is the fastest route to a solution.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the wrong address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, the order may not be eligible for a refund or reship.
